Anti-Fraud & Job Scam Notice
Last updated: 5 July 2026
KDRS Group Private Limited ("KDRS Group") has become aware that fraudsters sometimes misuse the names, logos and identities of genuine recruitment companies — including ours — to deceive job seekers. This notice explains how to recognise and protect yourself from recruitment fraud and fake job offers made in the name of KDRS Group.
Important: KDRS Group NEVER asks candidates to pay any money — no registration fee, processing fee, security deposit, training fee, or "refundable" payment — at any stage of recruitment. Our services are always free for candidates. If anyone demands payment in our name, it is a scam.
1. What KDRS Group Will Never Do
- Ask you to pay any fee to apply for a job, attend an interview, or receive an offer;
- Request money through UPI, bank transfer, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment links;
- Ask for your bank PIN, OTP, card details or account passwords;
- Make a job offer without a proper interview or selection process;
- Contact you only through personal messaging apps using unofficial email addresses.
2. Common Warning Signs of a Job Scam
- Upfront payment requested for registration, documentation, training or a "confirmed" job;
- Offer that seems too good to be true — very high salary for little experience or effort;
- Urgency and pressure to pay or decide immediately;
- Unofficial contact details — emails from Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook instead of our official @kdrsgroup.in domain;
- Poor grammar or spelling in offer letters or messages;
- Requests for sensitive information such as bank OTP, PIN or ID copies before any genuine process;
- No verifiable company details or refusal to speak over an official channel.
3. How to Verify a Genuine KDRS Group Communication
- All official emails come only from addresses ending in @kdrsgroup.in;
- Genuine openings are listed on our official website, www.kdrsgroup.in/jobs;
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from KDRS Group, do not respond or pay — verify first by contacting us through our official Contact page;
- When in doubt, email info@kdrsgroup.in to confirm authenticity before taking any action.
4. If You Have Been Targeted or Defrauded
If you receive a fraudulent offer in our name, or believe you have been scammed:
- Do not make any payment or share further personal or financial information;
- Report the incident to us immediately at info@kdrsgroup.in with any details, screenshots or documents you have;
- Report to the Government of India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in, or call the cyber-crime helpline 1930;
- Inform your bank at once if you have shared any financial details or made a payment.
5. Disclaimer
KDRS Group is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any loss or damage arising from fraudulent offers, communications or websites operated by third parties who misuse our name, brand or identity without authorisation. Any dealings you have with such third parties are entirely at your own risk. Verifying the authenticity of any offer is your responsibility, and we encourage you to always confirm through our official channels.
