Grievance Redressal

KDRS Group Private Limited ("KDRS Group") is committed to addressing the concerns of candidates, clients and website visitors fairly and promptly. This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how you can raise a complaint and how we handle it, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and the rules made thereunder) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What You Can Raise a Grievance About
- Handling of your personal data or privacy concerns;
- Withdrawal of consent, correction or deletion of your data;
- Quality or delivery of our recruitment, staffing, payroll or HR services;
- Conduct during the recruitment or placement process;
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the KDRS Group name (see also our Anti-Fraud & Job Scam Notice);
- Website functionality, content, or accessibility issues.
2. How to File a Grievance
You can submit your grievance by email to our Grievance Officer. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your full name and preferred contact details;
- Whether you are a candidate, client or website visitor;
- A clear description of the issue, with relevant dates;
- Any supporting documents, screenshots or reference numbers;
- The outcome or resolution you are seeking.

4. Our Resolution Process & Timelines
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 business hours of receipt;
- Review: We will examine the issue and may contact you for additional information;
- Resolution: We aim to resolve most grievances within 30 days of receipt, or sooner where required by law;
- Response: We will inform you of the outcome and the action taken.
5. Escalation
If your grievance concerns the processing of your personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in the manner prescribed by law. For other matters, you may pursue remedies available to you under applicable Indian law.
