Blister Operator

We are looking for an experienced Blister Operator to operate and monitor the Helios Double Track Blister Packing Machine in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

• Operate and monitor the Helios Double Track Blister Machine as per SOPs and BPR.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, cleaning, and line clearance.
• Ensure proper forming, sealing, printing, cutting, and tablet/capsule filling.
• Check blister quality, including sealing, alignment, coding, and missing tablets/capsules.
• Handle PVC, aluminium foil, and other packing materials properly.
• Maintain batch records, machine logbooks, and production documentation.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report breakdowns to Maintenance.
• Follow cGMP, SOP, GDP, safety, and data integrity requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and the packing area.

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical blister packing.
• Hands-on experience operating Helios Double Track or similar blister packing machines.
• Knowledge of PVC-Alu / Alu-Alu blister packing processes.
• Good understanding of machine changeover, troubleshooting, and basic adjustments.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation, line clearance, and BPR.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
