Coatin Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Coating Operator to operate tablet coating machines and support daily production activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

• Operate tablet coating machines as per approved SOPs and BMR.
• Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor coating parameters such as temperature, spray rate, pan speed, and air flow.
• Prepare and handle coating solution as per approved procedures.
• Identify and report coating defects or process abnormalities.
• Maintain BMR, machine logbooks, and production records.
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments as required.

• Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Tablet Coating
• Knowledge of tablet coating machines and coating processes
• Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation
• Knowledge of coating parameters and common coating defects
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
