Coating Operator

We are looking for a skilled Autocoater Operator responsible for operating and monitoring pharmaceutical tablet coating equipment and executing coating processes as per approved batch manufacturing procedures. The candidate will ensure uniform coating quality, proper machine operation, and compliance with GMP requirements. The role also involves monitoring critical process parameters, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and completing batch manufacturing and GMP documentation accurately.

• Operate and monitor automatic coating machines as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Execute tablet coating processes, including film coating and other applicable coating operations.
• Monitor process parameters such as inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, airflow, pan speed, and coating time.
• Ensure uniform coating, proper tablet appearance, and consistent product quality.
• Perform machine cleaning, setup, and changeover as per SOPs.
• Maintain BMR, equipment logbooks, cleaning records, and other GMP documentation.
• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and data integrity requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments during coating operations.

• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Practical knowledge of automatic coating machines and coating processes.
• Understanding of coating parameters, equipment cleaning, and machine changeover.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR, and production documentation.
• Ability to identify process deviations and report issues to the concerned department.
• Good observation, coordination, and teamwork skills.
