Dispensing officer

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispensing Officer to manage raw material dispensing activities in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling, weighing, dispensing, and issuing raw materials as per approved batch requirements while maintaining proper documentation and following GMP standards.

• Perform dispensing and weighing of raw materials as per batch manufacturing requirements.
• Verify raw material details, labels, batch numbers, and quantities.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of raw materials.
• Maintain dispensing records, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse departments.

• Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical RM Store or dispensing operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of raw material handling, weighing, and dispensing procedures.
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
