Fitter(INJ SVP Plant)

We are looking for a skilled and technically qualified Fitter to handle mechanical maintenance and equipment installation activities in the pharmaceutical SVP (Small Volume Parenteral) plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring smooth plant operations while following GMP and safety standards.

• Perform installation, fitting, and maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery.
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintain filling, sealing, and other injection manufacturing machinery.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment failures.
• Perform equipment alignment, assembly, and replacement of mechanical parts.
• Follow GMP, safety guidelines, and maintenance SOPs.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with production and engineering departments.

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Fitting / Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical plant maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Basic understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Skills in troubleshooting, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance.
