Incharge /SR. Executive/Asst. Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional to manage and supervise departmental operations in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, managing team activities, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and supervise day-to-day departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and achieve departmental targets.
• Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Engineering, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and process improvements.

• Education: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Male candidates required.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related departments.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and departmental documentation.
