PPIC Executive ( Production)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented PPIC Executive to manage production planning, material availability, inventory coordination, and production schedule monitoring.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchase, QA, QC, and other departments.
• Monitor raw material and packing material availability for production.
• Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
• Prepare production planning reports, MIS, and inventory trackers.
• Identify and report material shortages or production delays.
• Follow up on pending production orders and ensure proper plan execution.
• Support production capacity planning and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory-related documentation.

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / MBA / Diploma or relevant qualification
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning, preferably in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control
• Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and MIS reporting
• Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
