PPIC & Sr Executive

We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to manage Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) along with HR operations. The candidate should have knowledge of production planning, inventory management, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR software.

• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Track production progress and prepare reports.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation and support compliance activities.
• Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
• Experience in PPIC and HR operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and HR software.
• Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and recruitment processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Salary of ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
