Production Engineer

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Production & Manufacturing Officer to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, monitor manufacturing processes, and achieve production targets efficiently.

• Manage and monitor daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and production processes.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse departments.
• Maintain production reports, batch records, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and GMP guidelines, where applicable.
• Identify production issues and support troubleshooting activities.
• Minimize material wastage and improve operational efficiency.

• Qualification: B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI in a relevant field, depending on the industry and role.
• Experience: Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production planning.
• Software Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SOPs, safety standards, and GMP guidelines, where applicable.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Personal Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
