Production Packing Officer

We are looking for an organized and responsible Production & Packing Officer to manage daily production activities, supervise packing operations, and ensure product quality and timely dispatch. The candidate should have knowledge of production processes, packaging standards, inventory handling, and MS Excel.

• Monitor daily production and packing activities.
• Ensure products are packed, labelled, and stored correctly.
• Maintain production and packing records.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor packaging materials and inventory levels.
• Ensure product quality and follow safety standards.
• Track production targets and packing schedules.
• Report production issues and support timely dispatch.

• Graduate or ITI/Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in production or packing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes and packaging standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
