QC Manager

We are looking for an experienced and qualified QC Manager to lead and manage Quality Control operations and ensure testing activities comply with approved specifications, SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and supervise all QC laboratory activities.
• Review and approve analytical results, reports, and QC documentation.
• Ensure timely testing and release of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Manage HPLC and other analytical instruments, including calibration and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable quality requirements.
• Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, laboratory investigations, and CAPA activities.
• Review analytical methods, specifications, STPs, and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, MIS, and laboratory performance records.
• Lead, train, and monitor QC staff performance.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and other departments.

• Education: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant qualification
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control
• Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, and other analytical instruments
• Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation
• Experience in handling laboratory investigations, OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and team management skills
